• As the lead architect, I designed the Proshort+ architecture with a CLEAN, integrated Flavors approach. I implemented a robust CI/CD pipeline to streamline the development and deployment process. Additionally, I managed a talented team, optimized RAM usage, and enhanced the client application's user experience.
• To deliver a more engaging experience, I developed a custom VideoPlayer component for the Reel-type functionality. I also incorporated @mentions and notifications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience.
• On the backend, I integrated the RealTime CRM with Salesforce and HubSpot, enabling data synchronization. I then connected this integration to an AI service for indexing and automated email response generation. This AI-powered solution improved the efficiency and responsiveness of the CRM system, providing a more personalized and efficient customer experience.
• Throughout this project, I demonstrated strong leadership skills, effectively coordinating the various components and teams to deliver a cohesive and high-performing solution. My technical expertise, project management abilities, and innovative approach were instrumental in the successful implementation of this comprehensive system.

• As the lead, I designed and implemented a robust GetX-based architecture using Flavors for the Nirogstreet application, which caters to a user base of over 1,00,000 Ayurvedic doctors. Within a span of just 3 months, I successfully led my team to release the application across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• To deliver a comprehensive solution, I spearheaded the implementation of various features, including E-commerce capabilities, Webinars, Quizzes, DocumentVerification, and a Social Feed. The backend was developed using Node.js and Sequelize, following a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Throughout the project, I leveraged my expertise in mobile development and demonstrated hands-on experience in utilizing Dart tools and effectively debugging complex issues. To streamline the development and deployment process, I implemented a CI/CD pipeline using codemagic.yaml, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery.
• My technical prowess, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills, were instrumental in the timely and successful release of the Nirogstreet application across multiple platforms. The GetX-based architecture, combined with the seamless integration of various features, resulted in a user-centric and highly-efficient solution that catered to the specific needs of the Ayurvedic doctor community.
