• Worked in Lending Team, FSM and Incentives Team
• i) Developed the Gate Meeting feature in FSM Module of Tech Merchants Team, for Field Service Executives to conduct stand-up calls by collecting their live lat, long, and photo, increasing the Gate Meeting percentage from 10% to 75%.
• ii) Developed the Exit Management feature for both FSE (Field Service Executive) and TL (Team Lead), reducing absconding cases from 75% to 20% and lowering the cost of devices that could not be retrieved from absconding FSE.
• iii) Contributed in Paytm Incentives Team to revamp the admin panel of the FSE Incentives dashboard to provide the good User Experience to the business team, giving them the more authority to define appropriate rules to give incentives, points, and salaries.
• iv) Implemented pulse events at each and every click to track the metrics of users visiting the application and the time spent on a particular screen.

• i) Worked on latest React v17.0.0, used Hooks, Redux & Ant-D for styling and refactored an existing project right from the scratch to increase the efficiency and scalability.
• ii) Worked on React v16.8.0, using class based components and refactored the whole frontend from scratch using pure HTML5, CSS3, SCSS & media queries to make it responsive.
• iii) Contributed to the styling part of the project using Material UI.
• iv) Followed Scrum Methodology and gave daily updates to manager & directly to client, if necessary.
