• Leading a team of ~40 PMs across company critical charters - (I) GMV / NMV growth - improving users ability to purchase products on Meesho with confidence, (II) Pricing - ensuring Meesho is the leader in Pricing competitiveness, (iii) Quality - driving user experience in terms of product quality and comprehension, (iv) Assortment and Supply Growth - giving sellers the tools they need to list products and succeed on Meesho, (v) Meesho Mall - scaling branded selection on the platform by enabling both brands to sell on Meesho as well as users to buy branded products with confidence on the platform and (vi) Financial Services - enabling access to finance across Meesho platform for users, sellers and supply chain entrepreneurs.

• I drive product development across multiple verticals - (i) Discovery and Checkout, (ii) Pricing and (iii) Supply Growth (Cataloguing, Supplier Acquisition & Activation and Non-gst). I lead a team of 25 product managers and setup systems and processes that ensure product delivery in an ambiguous and high velocity environment.
• My responsibilities include - (i) driving NMV growth for Meesho's core retail business, (ii) ensuring pricing on Meesho is the best in India and (iii) suppliers across the country easily onboard, list products and scale on the platform (with a focus on small sellers such as non-gst sellers).
