During my time at Astbury Marsden we grew the business dramatically gaining recognition as 49th and 41st fastest growing privately owned UK business by Virgin Fasttrack in 2006 and 2007 respectively.
My role was to plan, manage & execute the growth strategy for the financial services practice whilst managing multiple P&L's and maximising revenue. In addition I completed numerous retained search assignments in the UK and Internationally (Asia, Africa and the US) up to and including MD level within Finance and M&A.
I ultimately exited Astbury Marsden in 2008 after a successful £17.5m Management Buy Out.
