About

I currently lead Strategic Growth for Fintechs North America at Visa, where we are focused on net new business to Visa. Our mission is to uplift everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid. As the Founder and previously CEO of Alariss Global, I led the premier global expansion marketplace that connects international high-tech companies with top local talent in the US and other key markets. We pioneered the mantra "the future of work is global" and have enabled thousands of companies around the world to grow their revenue, expand their reach, and access new opportunities in the global economy. Under my leadership, Alariss Global grew to serve clients on every continent with a distributed remote team in North America, Asia, and Europe. Our clients represent industries that include finance, healthcare, cybersecurity, education, e-commerce, and developer tools. We have been featured in Forbes, the Washington Post, The Economic Times, and many other leading publications. With over a decade of experience in building and scaling companies, I am an expert in go-to-market, global business, international affairs, fintech, and HRtech. I have been an invited speaker for the U.S. Department of State, Modern Sales Pros, Google for Startups, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, Techstars, and more. I started my career during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and have since worked in emerging markets such as China, Singapore, Kenya, and Bhutan, particularly in their growing tech sectors. I was the first employee of Human Interest, a unicorn and one of the top most valuable YC companies, and later co-founded a social media company that uses AI and curated content to foster more thoughtful and compassionate and inclusive discussions. I am driven by curiosity, innovation, and impact. I actively advise and angel invest in minority-led companies.
