As a Tech Recruiter at Google, I am on a mission to hire the best Software Engineers for Google Cloud in India. With over a decade of industry experience, I have developed a strong expertise in leadership hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and talent mapping for senior-level roles in the tech sector. In my current role, I am involved in building and managing a pipeline of SWEs for L6 and L7 positions, using social media and multiple job portals.
