  • As the Team Lead of a 15-member Computer Vision team at Spyne, I have had the opportunity to lead and scale up the team from scratch to tackle complex problems using cutting-edge state-of-the-art computer vision models. In my role, I am responsible for leading a team of talented engineers who work tirelessly to develop computer vision solutions that are at the forefront of innovation.
  • Our work at Spyne involves RnD over advanced generative models such as GANs, NERF, Diffusion etc to solve complex cataloguing problems. Our team is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with computer vision, and we are proud to be working on some of the most challenging problems in the industry.
  • In addition to leading the Computer Vision team,also set up an entire AI ecosystem for smooth functioning, which includes two more teams. The Data Preparation team, consisting of 10 members, is responsible for ensuring that the data we use for our models is of the highest quality. The Creative team, consisting of 4 members, works on designing the visual aspects of our products.
  • I have also had the opportunity to work with computer vision research labs at various prestigious institutions, including IITs, IIITs, and UC Berkeley, USA. This has allowed us to collaborate on complex problem statements and stay at the forefront of cutting-edge research in computer vision.
  • Overall, my experience as the Team Lead of Spyne's Computer Vision team has been incredibly rewarding. I am proud to have played a key role in scaling up the team from scratch and working on some of the most challenging problems in the industry.

  • As the Computer Vision Lead for India's first robotic museum project in Ahmedabad, I had the privilege of working on a central government project that aimed to revolutionize the museum experience. In my role, I led a team of 5 members and was responsible for integrating various computer vision models and developing algorithms to automate robots and drones in different galleries of the museum.
  • My work involved researching, designing, and implementing computer vision solutions to create interactive robotic exhibits that could also respond to visitors' movements and actions, providing them with a truly immersive experience.
  • I also collaborated with other teams to ensure that the computer vision systems integrated seamlessly with other technologies used in the museum, such as embedded, mechanical, audio and lighting systems. This required me to have a deep understanding of computer vision, robotics, and automation.
