Achievements
▪ I was initially recruited to draw CADD drawings for the USWest project. Utilizing my software development skills, I went beyond the original scope of work and developed an Issue Resolution Tracker, which significantly improved the management of project issues. Following this, I was offered a position within the software development team.
▪ I successfully completed application development and support activities on-site under challenging conditions. This deployment was at the Ahmedabad Electricity Company in Ahmedabad for one year. Both customers and management have recognized and appreciated my efforts in delivering high-quality services.
