As a Lab Informatics Trainer at Agilent Technologies, I deliver technical training to new engineers and provide global customer support for high-end lab informatics network topographies. With a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, I have a strong background in analytical instruments and software, such as OpenLab CDS 2.x, ECM, ECM-XT and OpenLab Ezchrom Software. In my previous role as a Lab Informatics District Lead and Field Service Engineer at Agilent, I gained hands-on experience in site preparation, installation, qualification, demonstration, troubleshooting, and servicing of chromatography data systems for various clients(HPLC). I also co-curated the first TEDx TIET event in 2015, and continued to mentor the next generation of organizers and speakers for three years. I am passionate about sharing ideas worth spreading, solving problems creatively, and empathizing with the voice of the customer(VoC).
