Who am I? Indian recruiter and sourcing nerd with lots of conviction. Currently working as a Talent Lead among the amazing team @Locad University background in Business School. Major in HR. I wasn't meant to become a recruiter and still. I'll always remember what made me tick with sourcing: I went to my first hiring conference (#talentinsights) Listening to a captivating narrative by Isabelle Beaumont, they recounted sourcing for a bespoke project involving a rare skill set for a luxury fragrance brand. The challenge of finding a needle in a haystack, where only a handful of individuals globally possessed the requisite expertise, left a lasting imprint on me.
