YTR (Your Total Rewards) :
YTR stands for Your Total Rewards. This is the web based application provided by AonHewitt to its clients; the tool is used by client employees to view their rewards in terms of Payroll, Incentives, Stocks and other options.
The application consists of Java based tool known as ePC toolkit which is accessed through web by the users and see their reward details; around 200+ clients are currently using YTR.
Current Role:
Client implementation involves extracting participant data from the source files provided by the client, applying validation checks on the incoming data files, implementing the required business logics, transforming that data into XML format , all done through INFORMATICA and UNIX .And then loading the data into DB2 tables. After loading the data into the DB2 tables, it is picked up by the ePC toolkit from where the end user can access his/her data through the YTR site
AM (Absence Management) :
This is the application provided by AonHewitt to its clients; the tool is used by client employees to claim for their leaves based on differents ACT by US government
1) Family Medical Leave Act (also known as FMLA): this insurance pays claim for your family disability or medical condition.
2) Short-Term Disability (STD) insurance pays a percentage of your salary if you become temporarily disabled, meaning that you are not able to work for a short period of time due to sickness or injury (excluding on-the-job injuries, which are covered by workers compensation insurance).
