• Designed and developed a data synchronization framework using Data Lake, addressing ~500 daily discrepancies across five systems. Empowered multiple teams to leverage the framework for data fixes and reporting, with a widely-distributed daily report highlighting over 15,000 monthly fixes, thereby enhancing operational transparency.
• Owned , maintained & designed over 10 business-critical APIs and workflows for QBO , demonstrating a deep understanding of the system architecture .
• Successfully reduced FCI count for these APIs from order of 100s to 0; 85% reduction in other error metrics such as bugs and alerts.
• Designed and developed automation APIs to fix errant, discrepant customer data for over 50k small/large scale businesses across 5 separate systems each comprising 10s of micro-services internally.

• Cirrus population onboarding : worked on extending individual-preference API to include a new healthcare data provider - Cirrus ; thereby catering to 40 Million new US citizens. Also worked on performance testing using Jmeter, Neoload to verify that this enhancement led to no breach of SLAs.
• imdm reprocessor : worked on coming up with a solution to reprocessing transient, non-transient errors in consumer data records using Kafka feedback topics, consumers and ingesting it to Cassandra, Elastic and MySql datastores.
