I currently lead ZEOS Returns at Zalando, transforming the multi-million product into a billion-dollar ecosystem by reimagining how e-commerce merchants handle the trade-off between customer experience and reverse logistics at scale. In the past, I’ve shipped several high-impact products and also co-founded and built a 0→1 product from scratch. My approach combines structured thinking, creative experimentation, and an unwavering belief that with the right tools, context, and direction—any team can outperform.
