  • 2.Core Team member of Swiggy’s Restaurant Partner Tiering Program, a one of a kind program on the lines of Amazon Prime wherein the restaurants are tiered based on CX metrics and the partner tiering program is used to drive better restaurant behaviour towards CX metrics which will Improve the overall customer experience on Swiggy and will make the customers transact more on the platform thereby increasing Repeat Rate.
  • 3.New Initiatives-New Location Mapping-Built an in-house map which has data around the demand and supply from a given latitude-longitude which is being used to decide the new supply for Swiggy.
  • 4.Analyzed key data points which could impact the business at an overall and city level and designed a self-serve dashboard which captured these data points and gave insights and callouts on possible reasons for order loss and ways to increase the sales and retention cohorts. Post the release of the dashboard, order loss decreased by 2.5% overall leading to increase in sales by 1.3% at Swiggy Level.
  • 5.Created a de-growth report format for all cities and cited insights on various KPIs and suggestions to improve business metrics and reduce the impact of de-growth which resulted in a growth of 2 % at a city level and 3.3% growth overall compared to the previous de-growth month.
