I'm a Talent Acquisition Partner with 4.5+ years of experience hiring for tech and business teams at product companies. My work goes beyond filling roles. I care about building hiring processes that are efficient, data-informed, and genuinely good for candidates and teams alike. This means running recruitment end-to-end, and also building trackers, setting up automations, and using AI tools to make everyday workflows a little smarter. I've always been curious about the intersection of people and technology, and I'm currently exploring how HR professionals can go beyond using AI to actually building with it.
