• Zencargo is a digital freight forwarder. Our customers are any company with cargo to move, and our platform gives them visibility into where their shipment is, allows them to collaborate seamlessly with the parties involved in their supply chain and gives them insights into their data to help them make more informed choices.
• At Zencargo, I work to define what we should build, act as the spokesperson of the customer when we scope features to ensure they meet demand and communicate the product vision and strategy to the business and our customers.

• An app and platform for therapist's which supports children with behavioural disorders continue their therapy beyond the hospital.
• We were selected to be part of the Innovation Lab at UC Denver Children's Hospital and have
• advisors from UCLA and TechStars. My responsibilities included owning the product roadmap, undertaking discovery and building out the platform.
• At the end of 2018, the direction of the business evolved and there was a requirement for a fully US-based team. As a result, I had to step away from the project but continue to act as an advisor.

• After building out the Global Client Engineering team I was asked by the CTO to move to a Product Management role owning the underlying data systems and overall systems architecture of Qubit. This has been an immense learning experience with exposure across the full business.
• Ownership of the core tech platform with personal responsibility for attributed ARR (Qubit’s enterprise product line owner)
• Led the system design, PaaS vendor selection and migration of the entire Qubit platform onto Google Cloud to keep ahead of the industry and unlock future roadmap
• Brought Qubit into GDPR, Privacy Sheild, ISO 27001 compliance from a tech perspective
• Directly involved with negotiating procurement process for over a dozen enterprise deals multiple multi-year, multi-million USD contracts
• Took part in the Series B & C fundraising (demo building and tech due-diligence) raising $74.9m total from Goldman Sachs, Sapphire Ventures, Accel Partners, Salesforce Ventures and Balderton Capital

During this time I worked closely on multi-million USD deals including Staples & Emirates Airlines, building technical demos, fielding architecture and integration questions and negotiating service levels commitments.

• After proving myself in the UK I was asked to move to New York to be part of the initial team setting up Qubit’s US operation. This was a great learning experience for how to do business in the US, getting involved in the biz-dev side of the company and hiring a team as we bootstrapped the New York, San Franciso and LA offices. I have also seen what to do and not do when it comes to replicating a corporate culture to the first set of remote offices.

• Over my career thus far I have been engaged on short term projects helping founders
• bootstrap their technical and product teams. Selected clients have included:
• A knowledge management platform being developed by external contractors. I
• coached the founder of the business on how to develop the product strategy and
• created technical roadmap for the team to execute on. I supported the developers
• for a couple of months on how to scope out projects, plan sprints and performed
• code reviews to ensure best practices were being followed.
• Consumer-facing retail and restaurant based offers application based in the UAE and
• Thailand. This was a hands-on engagement where created the technical roadmap
• building on an initial version created by an outsourced firm, and developed a new
• version on a more modern tech stack using Kubernetes, React-Native and GraphQL
• before handing it off to the team to keep developing.
• A services company with ambitions of creating a software division to
• solve key workflow challenges in the sector. I worked with the management team on
• how to structure the product organisation, ran workshops with the initial set of
• developers to perform a skills-gap analysis and trained the team on product
• discovery, agile best practices and introduced a modern tech stack (Kubernetes,
• React, Node, GraphQL).
