I'm a People Operations and Total Rewards executive who believes HR should be strategic, efficient, and genuinely human. Equal parts process nerd, tech enthusiast, and people advocate, I've spent my career scaling organizations from scrappy startups to large enterprises, including through acquisitions and IPOs. My background spans Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Systems, and Operations. I have a particular obsession with automation, HRIS optimization, and building shared service models that actually hold up under pressure. I've rolled out Works Councils in Europe, led global EOR transitions, saved organizations hundreds of thousands in vendor costs, and implemented enterprise platforms, all while keeping the focus on the people those systems are supposed to serve. I believe culture lives in the details. Onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between sends a message. I want that message to be a good one.
