• Leading a team of software engineers building applications to provide transparency to senior management across the company into where engineering resources are being spent. As Bloomberg adopted Agile, it was very easy for individual developers and team leads to see what their current and upcoming priorities were. However, senior managers struggled to put together useful dashboards to show their entire department's current and future work, as well as any possible road blocks. They also wanted to be able to see reporting on past work completed on a group by group, as well as company wide, view. We are integrating with JIRA, Confluence, and in-house tools to provide meaningful visualizations to management without requiring any extra overhead from developers and team leads.
