  • developed a UI based platform which can list all the instances which are stopped and running on Amazon web services, attached / unused disks on EBS, and storages on vmware by the employees of the organisation along with the cost being paid for these till now.
  • since the organisation work on data storage, employees create instances on the cloud but do not delete those instances after their use, due to this organisation has to pay huge money based on bill to the cloud provider which is useless.
  • this tool list all the username of the creater with the cost, time, status, creation-date etc from which instances are running. Pie-charts and column charts are used for displaying top 10 users(by cost) .
  • It has added functionality to report those users via email ("asking to remove their unused instances") and also there is provision to automatic delete after no response on email sent.
  • It has functionality to filter data based on some attributes like (username, instance type etc) to delete or sent email to particular creators.
