• Built modules for hiring and firing insights, total resource tracking, and attrition monitoring
• Created AI-led forecasting for workforce volume prediction and hiring needs
• Developed analytics for voluntary vs involuntary exits, team-level trends, and risk indicators
• Integrated anomaly detection, early warnings, and AI suggestions for HR decision-making
• Ensured a seamless, intuitive dashboard experience with high data accuracy and clarity
