I am the Director of Design at Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway and POS platform. I lead a team of talented designers who create engaging and intuitive digital experiences for millions of merchants and customers across the country. Razorpay is a fintech company that empowers businesses to accept, process, and disburse payments online, as well as to access various financial services such as lending, insurance, and payroll. With over 15 years of experience in designing digital products, I have a deep understanding of the fintech domain and the user needs and behaviors in this space. I have advised over 30 tech startups in various sectors, including cult.fit, one of India's largest health and fitness platforms. I have also co-founded two startups myself, and I have won the Best Design Award at UX India Conference 2017. I have a strong background in user research, Figma, and design systems, and I use these skills to design user-centered and data-driven products that drive growth and retention.
