• Identifying and attending networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, technical schools and outplacement services. Key Tasks Handled:
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
• Worked on B2B Contract/permanent requirements for different skills.
• Maintaining a good pipeline to sustain healthy recruitment tuning around time. Sourcing profiles from different sources (Jobserve, RPS, Personal LinkedIn, Jobdiva, and references and Network.)
• Short-listing resumes based on job specifications & identifying the prospective candidates according to the skill required.
• Sourcing potential candidates & guiding team to source from the various sources viz.,
• Portals, database, referrals, contacts, networking.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through phone and documentations.
• Scheduling interviews of the short-listed candidates with the hiring managers.
• Conduct HR interviews for the shortlisted candidates to collect details like educational background, work experience, project details, salary negotiations & notice period.
• Constant follow-up with candidates to make sure he/she takes up the offer and accepts to join.
• Maintaining a database of all the profiles which is submitted and which is rejected by the client.
