• As a Product Manager in Search Metrics (Search Science) and Recommendations team, I launched multiple products using data-driven product design to deliver business results.
• Performed comprehensive analysis of various recommendation modules using Clickstream data. Designed and launched a recommendation algorithm for Vehicle enthusiasts to recommend Parts and Accessories in MyGarage pages.
• Collaborated with research scientists to develop and launch a new algorithm to showcase diverse and popular inventory with added heuristics to deliver fresh recommendations using multiple user activity signals. Designed and conducted multiple AB tests and Multivariate tests to identify optimal user interfaces and algorithmic content to achieve incremental revenue and conversion. • Led Experimental Design for eBay Marketplaces Search Science team for various improvement initiatives in Search Ranking and Search Relevance initiatives; Oversaw instrumentation in the Search Engine to facilitate testing. Conducted post-experiment deep-dives to gain granular insights to refine and iterate on the initial hypothesis.Participated in building relevance prediction models and collecting Human Judgement data for training.

• As a member of Sun Java Integration Server team, I designed and developed core components of the Integration server. Contributed to various open source projects like GlassFish, Open ESB and Hudson (Continuous Integration).
• Developed monitoring software using JMX technology to monitor the health of components deployed in Sun’s Enterprise Service Bus implementation. Ported Integration Server to run on WebSphere Application Server; Developed sample applications (Blueprints) shipped as part of the reference implementation of the Java Enterprise Edition.
