I have spent the last 8 plus years working in fintech, ecommerce, and consulting, focusing on how businesses grow, retain users, and build stronger revenue outcomes. Most of my work has involved understanding user behaviour, fixing what slows teams down, and shaping strategies that actually translate into commercial results. At Razorpay, I led retention and lifecycle strategy for a mid-market portfolio, working closely with product, CX, and sales to reduce churn, improve usage, and build a more predictable operating rhythm across teams. At Meesho, I worked on 0 to 1 launches and user growth, improving DAU and conversion funnels, designing cohort-led interventions, and running experiments that helped increase ARPU and long-term engagement. My earlier roles at PwC and ONGC gave me a strong base in disciplined execution, problem solving, and working with diverse teams in fast changing environments. I enjoy taking on problems where the path is not obvious, breaking them down using data, and working with cross-functional teams to move things forward. Whether it is refining a lifecycle funnel, planning a GTM motion, or improving the way teams collaborate, I like work that combines clarity of thinking with practical execution.
