I'm currently a Product Manager at Thomson Reuters, where I focus on enhancing the Practical Law platform. One of my key projects is building an AI chatbot to streamline how customer support and editors get their queries answered. Instead of waiting for a product manager, the support team can directly ask the bot for quick answers, speeding up our response times. Alongside that, I'm developing a platform to replace our old email-based communication for customer issues. This platform lets support raise queries in a more trackable and efficient way, so we can handle them smoothly and hand them off to other teams as needed. Previously, I spent three years at Bajaj Finserv Health as a Salesforce CRM Product Manager, working on improving the onboarding journey for doctors joining our healthcare platform and refining workflows for demo and support teams. My career began at Cognizant as a Data Analyst, analyzing medical device complaints. I hold an MBA in Marketing from Panjab University. I thrive on turning complex problems into user-friendly solutions and love adding a touch of AI to the mix.
