  • 3. Reachout platform is a single standardized platform across Flipkart which is used to send email/ sms communication to the customer. I single handedly on-boarded all services information to this platform starting from requirement gathering of product, seeking clarifications from external stakeholders, implementation, testing to deployment.
  • Service Desk
  • A tool to manage and show information of each ticket and its flow etc. Was responsible to maintain the same and add features to it. Features added by me were Service Engineer Number, Service Attempts by a Seller, Service Acknowledged by the vendor, Activation option for delayed update of product delivery, Visibility of vendor notes on the ticket. Addition of these features gave better information visibility to customer and helped operations to perform various actions and manage ticket life cycle.
  • Service Promise
  • Service Promise Engine works on promising service date to the customer. Involved in developing the front end for the vendor information portal from where the vendor information can be uploaded and downloaded. This project was completed under a 3 member developer team.
  • Return Services Orchestration: Aimed at designing the flow for return services in Flipkart where, the return tickets and their development process through various phases were made automated and rule based. In a two member development team my contribution was to code the rules which led to activation of technician visit and uninstallation tickets and managed their flow.
