At Zynga, I worked as a Team lead for the CSR2 server game team where we built the platform to support millions of players. During my tenure at Zynga, I have designed and developed multiple data pipelines E2E to support the metadata delivery transformation to our players. We built a highly scalable, low latency and fault tolerant pipeline by building multiple microservices using Java and Spring boot and stored the data in Dynamodb and S3. We also leveraged aws cloudfront and DAX for caching. This improved the metrics of our architecture in terms of memory usage, latency, CPU usage etc. and the latency improved by 94% with a P99 of 12.5secs.
