I work with the AI Infra team at Meta in Menlo Park, CA helping implement and manage the distributed graph learning backend platform powering AI experiences at a very large scale across Meta’s consumer-facing products and services. Previously, I was a mid-career software engineer with Uber in San Francisco, working on the Fares backend platform for delivery engineering supporting Uber Eats, and other businesses. Before that, at Microsoft in Redmond, WA, I worked on building and managing scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems for various SaaS products using Azure technologies with the .NET framework. I have over 4 years of experience in designing and developing microservices-based distributed data systems, leveraging Azure App Service, Functions, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Storage, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes. I have a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where I specialized in Data Mining and Machine Learning. I am passionate about solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions that enhance user experience and business value.
