• My role was to enable the mobile app delivery team and the VP-Professional Services, to scale effectively in delivering mobile apps for new clients and updating existing apps, improve overall quality and robustness of apps, and enhance user experience, customer satisfaction. And overall drive the app store ratings of the 150+ apps powered by Punchh.

• I was responsible for the mobile side of the product, developing scalable and creative solutions to meet growing app delivery needs, such as a re-usable internal mobile app framework and a white-label app builder.
