• Developed a 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 for 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 from the ground up, resulting in a 60% 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. Contributed to the growth of the backend team, expanding from two engineers to a team of 18, including both backend and frontend developers.
• Developed a 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 with 𝗔𝘅𝗶𝗼𝘀, 𝗔𝗪𝗦 𝗦𝗤𝗦, and 𝗘𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 to track vendor API requests and responses, significantly enhancing 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴. This solution empowers the support team to resolve most 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗣𝗜 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 independently, reducing reliance on engineering.
• Led the development of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗲, a 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 that utilized 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 and 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 to modularize 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 (e.g., 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗚 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲). This architecture empowered the implementation team to easily add new integrations, significantly reducing repetitive work for engineering and accelerating feature delivery involving these connectors.
• Led a 𝗻𝗼-𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲/𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, Workflows, utilizing a custom algorithm for efficient node traversal and implementing a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 for node execution. This innovation enabled users to create business workflows through an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 interface, significantly improving control and scalability.
