Hey there, I’m Ashutosh — your friendly neighborhood HR guy who took the scenic route. I started out as a Software Engineer (because, well, Indian logic). Then traded code for people, and somehow ended up loving Excel sheets even more. Since then, I’ve worked across startups, insurance, and now consulting — helping governments and corporates solve complex people puzzles. HR Analytics, projects, attrition models, engagement dashboards — I’ve dabbled in all of it, mostly without breaking anything (that I’ll admit publicly).
