• Having an amazing experience in my current role. I was responsible for setting up the market risk and treasury risk technology teams in India for CSIPL. Starting from selecting the best in class techies and creating a strong and diverse team, to creating an ownership and accountability driven culture, to developing next generation leadership I have done it all and it has been a truly humbling experience. Being one of the very first to join the risk technology team in India, I not only built my team but also set up and intermittently lead other teams which were outside of my portfolio.
