• At Autobot India, a growing startup my responsibilities are not limited to my marketing role but I also actively contribute in the managerial role as EV consultant for our L&D business solution where I am harnessing my diverse skills and competence in the different capacities for my startup:
• 1) Led the cross-functional team of 25 members from business development, client servicing, L&D, program management and Panel of Experts (PoE).
• 2) Managing 20+ OEM and Startup client portfolios for their workforce skill assessment, customised program development and post-training performance assessment.
• 3) Consulting EV startup decision makers for preparing L&D budget and execution plan for their team competence development in EV and Battery technology,.
• 4) Working closely with engineering HoDs and L&D departments to understand, evaluate, and design job-role-specific programs to keep their manpower stay updated in the technology degradation, productive and efficient.
• 5) Managing on-site training operations for clients, quality assessment, trainer mobility and feedback.

• We were appointed as the "Track Design, Testing and Safety Auditor" Agency for Polaris India for their PAN India Offroad-PEG centres (new and existing) where
• 1) I was responsible for Polaris PEG centre track inspection, and operational and safety audit for the tracks and ATV fleets.
• 2) I was managing the Polaris PEG social media handle for content design and development.
• 3) I was involved with the Polaris Motorsports team and their top leadership for Polaris India ATV events planning for their PEG centres.
• 4) I was managing PEG's track and testing operations and its execution in collaboration with our track design and testing team.
• 5) We have designed some of the best all-terrain-tracks in Kangda (Himachal Pradesh), Coorg (Karnataka), Jim Corbett (Uttrakhand), Hosiyapur (Punjab) and J&K for Polaris India PEG owners.
