• Responsible for handling complete recruitment for Domestic & International (Canada, Europe, UK , US, APAC , Middle east etc) in Telecom,IT, Non-IT domain)
•  End-to-end recruitment from profile screening till closure of the positions.
•  Sourcing & screening resumes through various channels like Job sites, Database, Employee referrals, Head-hunting, Networking, LinkedIn, Google search,Social Media.
•  Screening resumes and selecting right candidates after evaluating their technical and inter personal skills
•  Contacting candidates about next steps in the selection process through e-mail/phone & keep the candidates informed on their current status/progress, Answer queries of candidates by e-mail and on phone.
•  Constantly coordinating with the selected candidates to be able to keep their interest alive and generates more references.
•  Reference Check of Short listed candidates (If required by the clients)
•  Maintaining accurate data and documentation relating to all candidates, Ensuring adequate information is recorded for reporting purposes.
•  Exposure of working on Recruitment Management Software (Hire Craft & Talent Recruit).
•  Reporting to the Vertical Head & Managing Director.
