I’m a product leader focused on product craftsmanship, execution, and strategic systems thinking — building both end-user experiences people love and high-leverage platforms that scale impact across teams. Over the past 16+ years, I’ve led product work across mobile, web, and backend — from 0→1 launches to multi-year transformations. I currently lead a multi-disciplinary product group at Life.Church spanning Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Data. We’re responsible for the digital tools and platforms that support generosity, connection, and community at scale. I led the creation and evolution of the Life.Church App — a 0→1 product that became our digital front door and the primary giving channel. It now drives 94% of $250M in annual generosity, up from 0%. I’ve also led major public-facing initiatives including: • Community Group Search: +28% searches, time-to-connect reduced from 6 days to 15 hours (90% faster), improved conversion • Serving Funnel: 40→9 days (78% faster) from signup to serving, signup time reduced from 2 min to 8 sec (93% faster), +35% conversion • Finds.Life: Rebuilt strategic content platform optimized for SEO; now sees 50%+ of traffic from organic search, is on track for a 350% increase in form submissions (70% from new users), and is projected to save $130K+ in ad spend per year — all with a $0 ad budget • Life.Church Website: Led multiple redesigns and a full CMS transition, enabling decentralized publishing (Saving 100's of 1000's of engineering cost) • TV Apps: Expanded our content surfaces to new platforms Internally, I’ve delivered high-adoption tools that power daily staff operations: • Transaction Submission & Compliance Platform (org-wide card expense tool) • Staff Intranet (99% adoption, 92% MAU) • Staff Mobile App (91% adoption) • Design System + CMS (cut 92% of inbound web requests) I also co-led the development of our custom giving platform (which processed hundreds of millions in contributions) and led the mobile and web giving experiences layered on top. Beyond product delivery, I’ve helped shape our product culture and organizational design — transitioning from a contract-heavy model to an in-house team, creating our PM role leveling and growth matrix, and embedding practices like empowered product trios, continuous discovery, and weekly user research.
