A knowledge seeker by nature, currently learning and practicing competencies of Human Resource Development and Management. Interested in the areas of networking and understanding Organisational Behaviour. Before this I was also acknowledged as the 2nd Rank holder at Christ Junior college for securing 93.5% in pre-university board exams. I am found to be a people's person and have passion for various forms of art. I like exploring the diverse cultures and evolve with insight into every aspect of the experience. Understanding the nature of behaviours and constantly working to bring out the positive with the application of psychology in people, rather than the negative is what I intend to do.
