My interests in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues helped me align our business strategy and values with the evolving expectations and needs of our stakeholders and society. In 2018, I co-founded JoyCrafts-Leather Studio, a venture that operates in both Shanghai and London. This business merges my passion for crafts and entrepreneurship with my love for visual design and oriental culture.
