My journey started with launching Scrubbys Vegetable Crisps from a market stall concept. Four years later, I’d built it into a £2m brand with national listings in Waitrose and Ocado, before achieving an exit to AIB Foods. That experience taught me everything about taking full P&L accountability, building strategic retail partnerships, and what it really takes to scale a brand from inception to acquisition. Since then, I’ve supported other businesses to accelerate growth through commercial consultancy; leading UK market entry for international brands, repositioning established products within retailers, or mentoring commercial teams to exceed targets, I bring the real-world experience of someone who’s built, scaled, and successfully exited their own business.
