• During my 6 months of experience as an HR executive at Zucol Services Private Limited in Indore, I gained valuable insights into the daily operations of the company's human resources department. My responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees, managing employee records, administering benefits and compensation plans, and conducting performance evaluations.
• One of the most exciting aspects of my role was working with various department heads to identify the skill sets and experience required for open positions. I would then post job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to narrow down the pool of candidates.
• In addition to hiring, I was also responsible for managing employee records, including tracking attendance, managing leave requests, and updating employee information. I worked closely with the company's payroll department to ensure that all employee data was accurate and up-to-date.
• Another important aspect of my role was administering the company's benefits and compensation plans. I was responsible for communicating benefit options to employees, managing employee enrollment, and resolving any issues that arose. I also worked with the finance department to ensure that all employee salaries and benefits were accurately reflected in the company's financial records.
• Finally, I conducted performance evaluations to assess employee job performance and identify areas for improvement. I worked with department heads to set goals for their teams and then monitored progress throughout the year.
• Overall, my experience at Zucol Services Private Limited as an HR executive was challenging, rewarding, and provided me with valuable skills and experience in the human resources field.

• During my one-month training as an HR consultant trainee at Skillventory Consultancy, a talent resource firm, I focused on developing my skills in end-to-end recruitment. This involved working closely with the senior consultants to identify qualified candidates for the firm's clients.
• My primary responsibility was to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. I also assisted with reference checks, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
• During my training, I gained experience using various recruitment tools and technologies, including job portals and applicant tracking systems. I also developed my communication and interpersonal skills by working closely with clients, candidates, and colleagues in the HR team.
• While my experience during the training was focused on end-to-end recruitment, I also had the opportunity to attend internal training sessions and workshops focused on other HR topics, such as performance management, employee engagement, and employer branding. These sessions provided me with a broader understanding of the HR field and allowed me to develop a more holistic view of HR consulting.
• Overall, my experience as an HR consultant trainee at Skillventory Consultancy was an invaluable opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills in end-to-end recruitment. It also provided me with exposure to the latest HR trends and practices, which will be helpful as I continue to grow and develop my career in the HR field
