• Was a part of the journey where travel based software startup Zophop transitioned to Chalo and played a role in making it fully operational in the first two major cities. Zophop was a 20 member team when I joined. Zophop’s mission is to make travel easy for everyone. Its product chalo aimed at building a one tap journey from one point to another for every user. Building features, campaigns and collaborating with field agents and the head of operations to enhance customer satisfaction as much as possible pretty much sums up my work. Multiple experiences in this company where I was involved in the project entirely, from planning, to design, to implementation, to testing, and accommodating customer feedback made me realize that building products that help improve people’s lives is what I wanted to pursue and am passionate about.
