• Software Development Engineer in the Offers Experience organization, where we design and operate the systems and algorithms that decide which offers surface in one of the most valuable digital spaces in the world — the Buy Box (the “Add to Cart” button). Our work combines large-scale experimentation, machine learning, and low-latency distributed systems to evaluate and rank offers within milliseconds, processing millions of transactions per second with high reliability. Ultimately, our mission is to ensure customers see offers they trust, value, and love.

• Led the redesign and replacement of the 20+ year old Tibco ETL pipeline powering item, price, and nutrition updates for Whole Foods scale systems, architecting a server-less AWS solution using Lambda, SNS/SQS, and DynamoDB that simplified data transformation logic, improved reliability, and eliminated costly legacy dependencies. This system scaled from an initial Canada launch to more than 700 Whole Foods stores in the U.S., reduced operational overhead, increased correctness and observability, and continues to run with high stability years after deployment. I collaborated closely with engineering and business teams to translate ambiguous real-world store logic into scalable design, mentored junior engineers during implementation, and drove testing and rollout to deliver a long-term durable solution.
