• Lead and supported the local technical community of more than 400 active members with support from GitHub by organizing technical sessions, events, talks.
• Spread awareness about open-source development in students and empowering student communities in India, especially focussing on women in tech.
• Built diverse and inclusive spaces for everyone via small and concrete decisions so that everyone is able to upskill, built projects together, and shared experiences in the global program.

• Conducted and organized a total of 23 virtual sessions, Hands-on workshops, boot camps, expert talks, demo days, a virtual hackathon along with a Core Team of 17 students till now.
• Guided members of the community to explore and fully pursue different domains of computing like Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning and cloud computing. Also mentored juniors in Machine Learning, C++ and basics of Web Development track and made group projects with the members.
• Delegated responsibilities, organized virtual events, and got in touch with industry experts to share the experience with the community.
• Established a program within the community named Women-in-Tech increasing female participation in the club by 50% to make the community more inclusive.
