The company has recently commissioned facilities to manufacture principal raw materials of inks viz. flushed pigments, resins, varnishes and specialty pigments.   • Also Company work totally on SAP. Recently New version of SAP 4.7 was updated. Where I was involved in documentation for maintenance module. Here i am looking after end of line automation involved from manufacturing and packing line automation. Also there is PLC based Dispensing system which is tied up with sap 4.7 in order to process purchase order Punch by marketing people from anywhere in the world, so that service level can be achieved.
  • Also working with new Project ATM (for inks) where customer will be getting inks at faster rate similar to ATM for cash withdrawal by different banks. Have been looking after calibration part, where there is calibration management software installed due to which proper data is maintained and history analysis can be done.
