I spent several years in retail sales/customer service before serendipitous bridging the two into recruitment. I love connecting talented people with their dream job. My passion is helping people unlock their true potential and this starts with a conversation to better understand who they are and what motivates them. Beyond hiring great talent, I am continuously learning and evolving as a recruiter to improve my craft. I am a very curious person by nature and is not afraid to ask questions if something is foreign. My motto is always be curious and continuously learn. Last year in 2021, I started helping fresh college graduates (family friend kids) and friends looking for a career change, recommending roles that aligns to their skills/interest based on career interest and transferable skills shared.
