I build products that solve real problems at scale. I started my career as an SDE - 4 years across Capgemini and Paytm - before making a deliberate move into product management. That engineering background is now my edge: I can sit with a developer, read the API docs, and write specs that actually get built right. At Justdial, I own CRM workflows, AI/LLM-based automation, lead allocation systems, and performance dashboards - all used across multiple branches and sales teams. I work closely with business, tech, design, and QA, and I care a lot about shipping things that actually work - not just things that ship.
