A dynamic and results-driven Product Director with 12+ years of experience across buying, merchandising, planning, sales, operations, sourcing, and design, I have built and grown brands across categories in the retail fashion industry. I have a proven track record of launching successful categories, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market presence — particularly with Superdry in India. Starting my career at Lifestyle, Landmark group, I quickly rose through the ranks as an Assistant Buyer in Men’s private label. Then next, at Calvin Klein, I played a key role in launching CK Lingerie and CK White Label in India along with working for CK jeans. And finally at RBL, I grew from Assistant Manager to Assistant Vice President, overseeing Superdry and Replay brands, and briefly led B&M for The White Crow, onboarding international labels that became part of Ajio Luxe. My initiatives have included expanding e-commerce footprints (Myntra, Jabong, Amazon, Ajio) and launching the DTC platform SD.in. I also spearheaded the re-launch of Superdry Sport in India, leading its end-to-end concept-to-customer journey. I have deep expertise and passion for denim and athleisure — having launched the denim category for Superdry India and currently building the India business for GAS, the iconic Italian denim brand. My past work with Replay and Calvin Klein has further strengthened my denim expertise, while my experience spans athleisure and performance products through leading Superdry Sport’s relaunch in India. Notably, the licensing success of shirts, denim, and underwear categories led by me resulted in RBL securing the IP rights for Superdry in Indian territories — a key milestone in our growth story. With extensive global sourcing exposure and the opportunity to work with international brands across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia, I bring a diverse understanding of global markets and customer profiles.
