He has worked in setting up Alliance Coffee to introduce freeze dried coffee globally, acquisitions in Russia and was at the helm of erstwhile Tata Business Support Services which had over 30,000 employees He was associated with the Retail Value Management program that shaped the way Steel was sold in India more than 2 decades ago Sarajit set up the Analytics Centre of Excellence in Tata Steel and established the Reverse Mentoring program as part of the Digital Value Acceleration Team He helped architect a client facing IT team by setting up the Client Partner Structure in IT. He currently leads the Customer Experience Program that envisages converting all the existing platforms like Compass, Digeca and Aashiyana into an “Intelligent Front Door” concept Sarajit is a TBEM and DATOM certified assessor. He is the founding member of DX50 , India’s first Chief Digital Officer Forum. He is a member of the Data Advisory Board of ICC and Convenor of CII ICTE panel in Jharkhand He writes Golflessons, reflecting his passion for the game
