• Background Checks: Verify the candidate’s background and references.
• Salary negotiation, Conduct phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate data, applications, and communication within the ATS.
• Ensure all candidate interactions and updates are properly documented.
