• Lead skillbee through a $3.2 million pre seed fund for the organization, providing vital financial support for growth and development.
• Spearheaded an extensive on-site research project in the United Arab Emirates, leveraging insights and data to inform the creation of a highly effective app and dashboard solution.

• Overhauled the pilot handoff process, transforming a cumbersome and lengthy 15-screen workflow into a user-friendly, chat-like interface reminiscent of popular messaging apps like WhatsApp. This redesign led to a dramatic 90% improvement in information filling, providing significant benefits for both users and the organization.
