  • Launched in 30+ cities in 1 year through events marketing, visits, and relevant collaborations; on-boarded 2500+ suppliers at an acquisition cost under INR 2000 (industry lowest); improved content quality by 15%

Through reorganization of delivery routes and areas, I achieved more than 50% reduction in delivery times.   • Pioneered e-bookings – identified, enrolled and piloted with tech collaborators; achieved 90% bookings through smart cards, IVRS, SMS, increasing accountability at distribution level to 100% and reducing diversion to near zero
